What you should know
We do what we love, which is helping you getting through difficult games,
avoiding bugs, understanding the story, and having an awesome time.
Are there any requirements?
Yes, there are. Pretty simple tbh,
but still many streamers somehow fail to apply to them.
1.Be nice and chill, we do everything for fun, cuz it’s our passion
and we wanna share all of our excitement and knowledge with you,
and yet people already made it onto our wonderful Blacklist.
2.Some parts of the games can be frustrating or annoying,
but most of the time the true problem is nothing else than you!
Step away and see the bigger picture, change your perspective
and do not blame the game or developers for your actions or mindset.
“This makes no sense, stupid game, these developers are assholes,
everybody who likes this piece of shit will get banned!”
Yep, we already been through this stuff.
3.Please try keeping your chat SFW and without any
restricting modes, so our members can always join
the conversation, answer questions or replace another.
We can’t help you, if the mods are toxic or people
are constantly making rude, unfunny jokes, that
distract you from a puzzle. Fun and entertainment is
absolutely wanted, but if we do write against a wall
and are having no progress after hours, it’s not so fun.
How will you help me?
We only help if asked, we can also just drop a fun-fact every 30 minutes
or write something about the development of the current game-section.
From completely guiding you, to just giving small nudges if asked,
we are very adaptable and can change the course even midstream.
Why myst crew?
At the beginning we were just strangers hanging out in many different
Streams, after seeing each other over, over and over we kinda become
friends and even played on stream together non puzzle games.
Later on we already felt like a family, a team united by the same passion.
And because we’re all big fans of Cyan Worlds games (Firmament,
Obduction, The Myst Series), the origin of puzzle-adventure games,
we sometimes called ourselves “Myst Crew” in Twitch chats.
And thanks to Cyan’s open and community-friendly guidelines,
we are now able to puzzle ourselves through the busy internet jungle.
